| In engaging principal consultant Adelina Pang to personally conduct an audit on an overseas property, all travel and accomodation expenses are to be borne by the client.

| Hence it is advised to find a group of other parties interested in an audit in order to disperse expenses. Please allow for 3 to 4 weeks after an appointment is made for arrangements to be fixed. |

| Payment of full consultation fees is to be made upon booking of appointment. |
